Simply follow the provided instructions below and when you finish the steps you will receive a credit for real money equal to your winning bid. ALL instructions must be followed. If any step is performed incorrectly, HomeGamePro will not be able to issue a refund. We are sorry but fees for shipping, handling, or upgrades to higher end products cannot be reimbursed. 	1. Go to PokerStars by CLICKING on the link to the left. If you do not use this link provided, you do not qualify for the refund. You must not already have a PokerStars account or you must be willing to create a new account using a totally new email and agree to use this new account always on PokerStars. Download the PokerStars client.
	2. Right click on the HomeGamePro.com logo to the left and save it on your desktop by Clicking "Save Picture As" and find your local compute desktop. After your new account is created at PokerStars go to "Account", "Select/Change Image..." in your PokerStars client's main menu of the main screen. When PokerStars prompts you, browse for this saved image on your desktop. You MUST grab the sqaure boxes to resize the area of the expandable box to capture the entire image size. Click OK and preview the image. You should see approximately the whole chip image or try again.
	3. Upload real money into your real money account by going to Cashier and by using any of PokerStars acceptable funding methods. If you do not have a credit card which allows this, you will need to establish a Netteller or Firepay account first. Netteller.com seems to work the best and fastest. There is a $50 minimum per transfer, but you will need to transfer $53 to Netteller because they take out a couple percent. Anyway, you only need to upload enough money to play until you earn 100 frequent player points. These are automatically awarded by PokerStars as you play. You will find that you earn FPP's faster on ring cash games than on tournaments. You can earn 100 FPP's in a couple hours.

Some customers ask how it's free if they are spending another $50. If you are playing online anyway then you don't lose anything additional. If you stay even, which is expected of average poker players, you will not lose your $50 but you will still earn your FPP's. You don't have to lose money to win FPP's. By the way, you may actually win and not only gain free poker chips, but make extra money in the process.

Your winning bid amount is either credited to your PokerStars cash account or to your PayPal account once we have notification from PokerStars that you followed all these steps. They track this automatically and HomeGamePro has no control over the process, so please don't miss a step or we will not get your money to refund to you.
